Судалгааны тайлбар: Software development industries are rapidly growing every year with new technologies and emerging innovations. As results, employees who have been in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry regularly need to gain new skills and to be updated with new technologies. With the growing knowledge and a vast variety of different jobs available to graduates, it is not possible to educate students with all necessary skills that they will need for different potential jobs. However, a gap between the competencies of graduates and industry expectations is needed to decrease. Our study will generate wiki-based books according to the skills in vacancies and ACM Computing Curricula 2013 (CC2013) guideline. Wikipedia is one of the open educational resource. It will be used for book contents. In conclusion, in order to help senior students for discovering required skills that are related to their intended jobs in ICT industry and improving their missing skills, we will generate and provide wiki-based books based on their intended job-skills and CC2013. It will let and help students to learn and improve their skills by themselves for self-paced learning.
